With colleagues from several countries, we value different backgrounds, perspectives and ways of working. There is no fixed career path at Oase. We believe there should be room for employees to develop in a natural direction that suits both the individual and the business. Some of our colleagues are highly skilled specialists who have found the role that fits them perfectly and continue to grow within their field. Others explore new opportunities internally. We see great value in this, as it allows us to support talented people in growing with us and give them the opportunity to apply their knowledge and skills in new contexts. What all our employees have in common is that they contribute valuable insights and expertise that create real value for our business.
Oase Outdoors is an international, seasonal company. In addition to our permanent employees, we work with seasonal staff, and during certain periods we also bring in additional resources in the form of consultants. Our workforce typically ranges between 70 and 100 employees, with around 15 colleagues based outside Denmark.
