The awards were presented at The Midland Hotel in Manchester on the 17 January by Club President, Julia Bradbury. The results were based entirely on the feedback given by the thousands of Club members who completed the 2019 Owner Satisfaction Survey, which ran from February to November 2018.

It is not only a great honour to have so much positive feedback from UK campers, but it also cements our reputation for creating and bringing quality family tents to the market that meet a camper’s needs and exceed their expectations. 

And, as a bonus, the data generated will be fed back to our R&D department to help evolve designs by addressing any weak areas highlighted by the survey. This will further improve reliability and, in turn, enhance sales opportunities.
